You would struggle to halve the recipe as it contains 1 egg but you can freeze half the dough. Just defrost overnight or for 12 hours in the fridge before you roll it out.

Oops re eggs, missed that! They are delicious (I added a few tiny (10g) crystalised ginger pieces. The problem is how to only eat one, haha!
